Terms of Use

By enrolling in "Coming Back to Yourself," you agree to these terms. They work alongside the Informed Consent (Part 1) and Group Privacy Notice (Part 2).

  1. Personal use only. Session links, handouts, music links, and between-session practices are for your use during this program. Don't share your link, login, or materials with anyone else.
  2. Content ownership. All program materials belong to Vegas Valley Comprehensive Counseling, LLC. Don't copy, sell, post, or redistribute them without written permission.
  3. No recording. Recording, screenshotting, or photographing any session or participant is prohibited.
  4. Respectful conduct. Treat other members and the facilitator with respect. VVCC may remove a participant whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, or breaks group confidentiality.  There are no refunds if a participant is removed due to inappropriate conduct. 
  5. Not emergency care. This program, its platform, and its materials do not provide crisis services. In an emergency, call or text 988 or call 911.
  6. Payment and refunds. Fees, payment plans, and refunds follow the terms in Part 1.
  7. Technology. You're responsible for your own device, internet connection, and private space. VVCC isn't responsible for missed time caused by your connection or third-party platform outages.
  8. Changes. VVCC may update session dates or these terms if needed, and will notify enrolled participants in advance.
  9. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
